Will Iran announce uranium enrichment at 90% purity in 2025?

According to Reuters, a recent report by the International Atomic Energy Agency stated that Iran had increased the purity of its uranium refinement from 20% to 60%. Months before the report, Iran had announced it would, indeed, proceed in this manner, alleging that the enrichment goal was entirely peaceful. However, Israel and some Western powers fear that the country will achieve a 90% refinement level, which would allow it to produce nuclear weapons.
If by 23:59 (UTC) of December 31, 2025, either Iranian authorities announce the intention to enrich uranium with 90% purity or the International Atomic Energy Agency reports the actual increase in the Iranian uranium enrichment to that level, this market will resolve to “Yes”.
If there are conflicting reports about Iran's uranium enrichment levels, Futuur will use its discretion to determine the most reliable source for resolution.
