Will Rules for mandatory retirement in the US Supreme Court be implemented in 2025?

Federal judges have no mandatory age of retirement in the US, and, commonly, they serve until the end of their lives. Ruth Bader Ginsburg, for example, was only the third member of the Supreme Court to die in office in the last 19 years, and for some time there have been discussions and political actions in the country about the possibility of establishing an age limit for Supreme Court Justices to serve, after which they would have to mandatorily retire.
If any rules for mandatory retirement of Supreme Court Justices who reach a specific age are established in the United States by December 31, 2025, this market will resolve to "Yes".
If rules are implemented for future justices only, not affecting current justices, this will still constitute a 'Yes' resolution.
