Elon Musk still CEO of Tesla through the end of 2026?

Market Rules

This event predicts whether Elon Musk will remain in office as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tesla through December 31, 2026. The Primary Designated Source (PDS) will be official Tesla disclosures or announcements confirming the CEO position.

If Elon Musk officially remains CEO of Tesla through the end of December 31, 2026, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If Tesla announces before that date that Musk will step down (even if the effective departure occurs later), this will be sufficient for a "No" resolution. Temporary leaves or delegation of duties will not affect resolution as long as Musk retains the CEO title. If official disclosures are unclear, the Secondary Confirmation Mechanism (SCM) will rely on consistent reporting from major business news organizations. Resolution will reflect substantive holding of the CEO role, not interim arrangements. If a definitive determination cannot be made, Futuur may cancel this market with a public explanation.
