Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor sentenced to prison in 2026?
Market Rules
This market concerns whether Andrew Mountbatten‑Windsor is sentenced to any term of jail or prison between February 26, 2026, 00:00:00 UTC and December 31, 2026, 23:59:59 UTC (the “Market Period”). A qualifying outcome requires a formal criminal court sentence imposing custodial incarceration, regardless of duration. Suspended sentences, fines, probation, or non‑custodial penalties do not qualify. The Primary Designated Source (PDS) is the official sentencing record issued by the competent criminal court or relevant government authority. Resolution refers to the first official custodial sentence imposed during the Market Period.
If, during the Market Period, a criminal court formally sentences Andrew Mountbatten‑Windsor to any term of incarceration, this market will resolve to “Yes”. If no custodial sentence is imposed during the Market Period, this market will resolve to “No”. Once a qualifying custodial sentence is imposed during 2026, the market resolves immediately and is not affected by later appeals, reversals, or modifications.
Civil lawsuits, regulatory actions, investigations without charges, settlements, plea agreements without custodial sentencing, administrative proceedings, or accusations without a criminal court judgment imposing incarceration do not qualify. If all criminal charges are dropped or resolved without custodial sentencing during the Market Period, this market will resolve to “No”. If official records are unclear, confirmation from major reputable news organizations citing official sources may be used. If no fair determination can be made, Futuur may cancel the market.
