The Primary Designated Source (PDS) is the official sentencing record issued by the competent criminal court or relevant government authority. Resolution refers to the first official custodial sentence imposed during the Market Period.

If, during the Market Period, a criminal court formally sentences Andrew Mountbatten‑Windsor to any term of incarceration, this market will resolve to “Yes”. If no custodial sentence is imposed during the Market Period, this market will resolve to “No”. Once a qualifying custodial sentence is imposed during 2026, the market resolves immediately and is not affected by later appeals, reversals, or modifications.
