Will Trump visit China by...?
Market Rules
This event predicts whether Donald Trump will physically visit the territory of the People’s Republic of China between this event’s creation date and the end date specified in each market’s terms. For this event, a “visit” requires Donald Trump to physically enter Chinese sovereign territory (including land or territorial waters) while present in an official or personal capacity. Taiwan não será levada em conta para fins de resolução dos mercados listados neste evento.
A qualifying visit requires that Donald Trump disembarks from an aircraft or vessel and is physically present within Chinese territory. Overflight of Chinese airspace alone does not qualify. Technical landings, refueling stops, emergency stops, or situations in which Trump does not disembark do not qualify.
The Primary Designated Source (PDS) will be official statements or records from the United States government, the Chinese government, or official travel documentation confirming the visit. If official confirmation is delayed or unclear, the Secondary Confirmation Mechanism (SCM) will be a clear, overwhelming consensus among major reputable news organizations that the visit occurred. Resolution will be based on the substantive occurrence of a physical visit, not the technicalities of wording or reporting format. If a fair determination cannot be made, Futuur may cancel the event with a public explanation.
