Will Lee Zeldin be announced as the next US Attorney General by June 30?
Market Rules
If President Donald Trump or his administration publicly announces Lee Zeldin as the next United States Attorney General on or before June 30, 2026, 23:59:59 UTC, this market will resolve to "Yes". An announcement means a public statement by the President (including via social media such as Truth Social), the White House press office, or another authorized administration spokesperson identifying Zeldin as the nominee, appointee, or acting Attorney General. The announcement itself suffices to resolve this market, regardless of a formal Senate nomination or confirmation.
Resolution will be based on official White House communications, Trump's public statements (including social media posts), or concordant reporting by reliable news outlets chosen at Futuur’s discretion, confirming the announcement. Resolution follows the spirit of the market: determining whether the Trump administration has publicly designated Lee Zeldin as the next Attorney General by the deadline.
