Will Bitcoin's price go up or down in May?
Market Rules
This market predicts whether the price of Bitcoin (BTC) in U.S. dollars will increase over the period from May 1, 2026, to May 31, 2026 (inclusive). The Primary Designated Source (PDS) will be the daily closing BTC prices published by CoinMarketCap.
If the closing price of one unit of BTC on May 31, 2026, is higher than the closing price on May 1, 2026, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If the two closing prices are exactly equal, this market will resolve to "No". If price data is unavailable or ambiguous, the Secondary Confirmation Mechanism (SCM) will rely on consistent closing prices from other major cryptocurrency price aggregators. Resolution will reflect the substantive closing-price change over the period, not intraday fluctuations. If a definitive determination cannot be made, Futuur may cancel this market with a public explanation.
