Kash Patel out by May 31?
Market Rules
If Kash Patel ceases to hold the office of Director of the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) at any time before 23:59:59 UTC on May 31, 2026, this market will resolve to "Yes". Patel’s exit includes resignation, dismissal/firing by the President, formal removal, death, or any other cause.
A formal leave of absence in which Patel officially retains the directorship does NOT trigger a “Yes” resolution unless converted into a resignation or termination by the deadline; if a temporary acting director is appointed but Patel remains the legally designated Director through the deadline, the market resolves to "No".
