Market Rules

This market predicts whether Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA VI) will be publicly released by Rockstar Games / Take-Two Interactive to consumers during calendar year 2026. If, in this period, Grand Theft Auto VI becomes available for purchase or download by general consumers on at least one major retail or digital platform, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, it will resolve to "No".

The Primary Designated Source is Rockstar Games official communications, Take-Two Interactive investor communications, and the official storefront pages. A consensus of credible reporting may be used to confirm release. Early access programs offered broadly to consumers (open beta, day-one access via subscription services like PlayStation Plus or Xbox Game Pass) count as release. Pre-orders, gameplay reveals, behind-closed-doors previews, demos at trade shows, and influencer previews do not count. In ambiguous edge cases, resolution will follow the spirit of the question.
