Will Mitch McConnell cast a Senate vote by July 31?
Market Rules
This market concerns whether U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) will cast a recorded vote on the Senate floor during the market period. It resolves to "Yes" if the official U.S. Senate roll-call records show McConnell casting any recorded floor vote (Yea, Nay, or Present) on or before July 31, 2026 (23:59 ET), and "No" otherwise. The resolution source is the official U.S. Senate roll-call vote records (https://www.senate.gov/legislative/votes.htm).
Because the market resolves on the first qualifying vote, a "Yes" is final once recorded, regardless of later events. Announced positions or vote pairs that the official record does not count as the Senator's own cast vote do not qualify. Resolution reflects the recorded voting activity shown in the official Senate record, not procedural technicalities.
