This set of markets predicts whether (and by when) the US Senate will confirm Todd Blanche as United States Attorney General. A market resolves to "Yes" if the confirmation occurs on or before the market's listed date. Resolution follows official US Senate records (https://www.senate.gov/legislative/nominations_new.htm); a consensus of credible reporting may serve as secondary confirmation.

If the nomination is formally withdrawn or the Senate rejects it, the markets resolve "No"; recess appointments without Senate confirmation do not count. Resolution reflects whether the Senate actually confirms the nominee, not procedural technicalities.
