Texas's Senate election winner
Market Rules
This event concerns which political party will win the United States Senate election in the state of Texas, scheduled for November 3, 2026. Each of the markets below covers one party; exactly one will resolve "Yes". The market corresponding to the party of the candidate who is officially elected to the U.S. Senate seat from Texas will resolve to "Yes". A candidate will be considered affiliated with a political party based on their official ballot-listed party designation. If the officially elected candidate's ballot-listed designation is not one of the parties listed below, all listed markets resolve "No".
The winner is the candidate who receives the most votes (plurality); Texas does not hold runoff elections for the general election (runoffs apply only to party primaries).
The Primary Designated Source (PDS) will be the official certified election results published by the Texas Secretary of State. If official certification is delayed or unclear, the Secondary Confirmation Mechanism (SCM) will be a clear and overwhelming consensus of major reputable news organizations reporting the same winner based on official data. Resolution will be based on the officially recognized winning candidate, not concession speeches or preliminary projections. If a fair determination cannot be made, Futuur may cancel the event with a public explanation.
