Will the global temperature of November 2023 be higher than the temperature observed in November 2022?

Market Rules

According to the US Environmental Information Centers of Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), September 2023 was the warmest month ever in the world since it began recording global temperature 143 years ago. This "milestone" is yet another alarm of the climate crisis arising from human activity, and raises questions about the measurements for the coming months.

If the rise in the world's global temperature - i.e. the combination of both land surface and ocean temperatures - for the month of November 2023 is greater than +0.75°C (the recorded rise for November 2022), this market will resolve to “Yes”.

This market will be resolved based on the data made available at https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/access/monitoring/climate-at-a-glance/global/time-series/globe/land_ocean/all/8/2015-2023
