Russia to hit a NATO command and control base by July 1?
Market Rules
This market aims to predict whether Russian ammunition or military forces will strike, intentionally or unintentionally, any command and control base of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) by July 1, 2025,at 23:59 (UTC-3).
For this market’s purpose, a command and control base will be considered any headquarters, center or facility coordinating military or operational activities for NATO. This includes, but is not limited to, NATO regional headquarters, Combined Air Operations Centers (CAOCs), or other facilities where NATO oversees command and control activities. Facilities operated solely by individual NATO member nations without a direct operational link to NATO coordination do not qualify for this market.
Cyberattacks, electronic warfare, or other non-physical strikes will not be considered sufficient for the market to resolve as "Yes." Strikes targeting non-command facilities (e.g., storage depots, troop barracks) or non-NATO member military installations will not qualify unless these sites are explicitly designated as NATO command and control centers.
