For the sake of resolving this market, the visit must be presential and involve the physical displacement of Musk to Milei's whereabouts. To resolve this market as “Yes”, the visit, either official or private, must be confirmed by reliable public sources, including news outlets and Musk's and Milei's social media profiles.

If a visit is announced but later canceled before it takes place, this will not be considered sufficient for a 'Yes' resolution.
