The final report of Brazil's Mixed Parliamentary Inquiry Commission (CPMI) for the January 8th Insurrection recommended the indictment of more than 60 people, including former president of the Republic Jair Bolsonaro, for taking part in the acts of vandalism on January 8th of 2023, which the commission concluded were part of an attempted coup d’état.

If by December 31, 2025, Jair Bolsonaro gets to be charged and convicted for any crime – regardless of whether or not it is related to the investigations over January 8th – this market will resolve to “Yes”.
