Will any 2026 FIFA World Cup game scheduled in the U.S. be relocated abroad?
Market Rules
This market will resolve based on whether FIFA officially announces that at least one match originally scheduled (as of November 21, 2025) to be played in the United States during the 2026 FIFA World Cup has been relocated to a stadium outside of U.S. territory. The Primary Designated Source (PDS) is FIFA, through official match schedule publications, press releases, or updates posted on FIFA’s official website or verified communication channels.
If FIFA confirms that any U.S.-hosted World Cup match has been reassigned to a venue abroad, the market will resolve to "Yes". If no such relocation is officially confirmed by FIFA by the end of the Market Period, the market will resolve to "No". Should the PDS be significantly delayed, unclear, or contradictory, Futuur will rely on a consensus of major independent news organizations such as Reuters, AP, and BBC as the Secondary Confirmation Mechanism (SCM). The market will resolve according to the substantive outcome—whether a relocation actually occurred—rather than minor technicalities in the release format. If no fair determination can be made, the market may be cancelled.
