Market Rules

This event predicts whether the S&P 500 Index will close the final trading day of 2026 above its closing value on the final trading day of 2025. The Primary Designated Source (PDS) will be the official closing values published by Investing.com for the S&P 500 Index.

If the S&P 500 Index closes the last trading day of 2026 at a level higher than its official close on the last trading day of 2025, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". Intraday price movements do not count. If Investing.com data is unavailable, the Secondary Confirmation Mechanism (SCM) will rely on consistent data from other reputable index data providers. Resolution will reflect the substantive official closing values, not temporary fluctuations. If a definitive determination cannot be made, Futuur may cancel this market with a public explanation.
