Will Flávio Bolsonaro be convicted in the "rachadinhas" scandal by the end of 2021?

Market Rules

Since early 2019, Jair Bolsonaro's son (Senator Flávio Bolsonaro) has been investigated for alleged crimes related to the so-called "Rachadinhas" scandal. According to the accusations, Flávio would command his employees to return part of their salaries to him through illegal operations that involved direct cash payments, money laundering, and more, as a way to enrich himself.

The Public Ministry of Rio de Janeiro has already formally accused Flávio Bolsonaro, Fabrício Queiroz and 15 former advisers for crimes of theft of public money, embezzlement, money laundering and criminal organization.

If by December 31, 2021, Flávio Bolsonaro is found guilty of commiting any of those crimes due to his involvement in the so-called "Rachadinhas" scandal, this market will be resolved as "Yes".
