Jovem Pan’s broadcasting concession to be revoked in 2024?

Market Rules

The Brazilian Federal Public Ministry started a civil investigation to evaluate the conduct of communication venues controlled by the Jovem Pan network spreading disinformation and promoting anti-democratic acts, such as the pillage of the Three Powers’ Square on January 8th, 2023. One of the possible consequences of a civil process that eventually follows the investigation could be the revocation of Jovem Pan’s broadcasting service concession.

If by December 31st, 2024, the license for sound and image broadcasting of Joven Pan gets permanently or temporarily revoked, this market will resolve to “Yes”.
