Market Rules
This market aims to predict the winning party in the Michigan election for a US Senate seat in 2024. The election will take place on November 5, 2024, as part of the US general elections.
This market will resolve in favor of the outcome listing the party whose candidate is officially declared the winner of the Senate election either by the Michigan Secretary of State (following certification of the election results) or by the Associated Press if it considers the results mathematically certain before the Secretary of State’s official declaration.
If a recount or legal challenge delays the certification, the market will await the final official result before resolving. If a runoff election is required, the market will resolve based on the candidate who wins the final runoff and is officially certified as the winner.
If no official winner is declared by December 31, 2024, the market may remain open until the official result is determined.
