Market Rules

During Jair Bolsonaro's administration, the Minister of Education Milton Ribeiro was preventively arrested in the context of operation Acesso Pago (“Paid Access”), suspected of being involved in the corrupt direction of funds when in the Ministry.

If any Minister from Lula da Silva’s third administration (2023-2026) is sent to prison by December 31st, 2025, this market will resolve to “Yes” — regardless of whether he/she is still in charge of the ministry or not.
