Market Rules

In addition to the military alliance, NATO maintains an Individual Partnership Cooperation Program with 32 countries. In April 2024 Argentinian president Javier Milei submitted a letter to NATO requesting global partnership. Colombia became the only global partner of NATO in Latin America in 2017.

This market aims to predict if Argentina will become a “global partner” of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) by December 31, 2025. If by the end of the year, either NATO or Argentina announces a partnership deal, this market will resolve as “Yes”.

A memorandum of understanding or similar preliminary agreement will not be sufficient for a 'Yes' resolution unless it explicitly confirms Argentina's status as a global partner.
