Market Rules

This market aims to predict whether Donald Trump will grant a presidential pardon to the CEO of cryptocurrencies broker FTX, Samuel Bankman-Fried ("SBF"), on or before December 31, 2025.

This market will resolve to “Yes” in case SBF is granted either a pardon or a commutation, under the terms of Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution.
