The ozone layer is located within the stratosphere band of the atmosphere, between 11 and 40 km above the ground. It acts as a UV filter, protecting us from dangerous sunrays. Every year, from September to October, the layer reaches its smallest seasonal size.
If according to the next report published by NASA, the Southern Hemisphere mean ozone layer hole size in the September-October 2026 window is larger than the one recorded in the September-October 2025 window, this market will resolve to "Yes".
