Market Rules

This event predicts who will win the Republican runoff primary for the United States Senate election in Texas, scheduled for May 26 , 2026. The market corresponding to the candidate who is officially declared the winner of the Texas Republican Senate primary will resolve to "Yes".

The Primary Designated Source (PDS) will be the official certified election results published by the State of Texas. If official certification is delayed or unclear, the Secondary Confirmation Mechanism (SCM) will be a clear and overwhelming consensus of major reputable news organizations reporting the same winner based on official data. Resolution will be based on the officially recognized winner, not projections, concession speeches, or preliminary returns.
