Market Rules

If, on any regular U.S. equity market trading day between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026, the closing price of NVIDIA Corporation common stock (NASDAQ: NVDA) is strictly less than US$ 100.00, this market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, it will resolve to "No".

The Primary Designated Source is Yahoo Finance historical data for ticker NVDA, using the official daily closing price (not adjusted close). If a stock split, reverse split, or similar corporate action occurs during the period, the $100.00 threshold is adjusted proportionally on a post-split-equivalent basis using the official split ratio.

After-hours, pre-market, and intraday prices below $100.00 do not count; only the official regular-session closing price. If Yahoo Finance is unavailable or found to be inaccurate, equivalent data from Nasdaq.com, Bloomberg, or Refinitiv may be used. The market resolves to "Yes" the first time the closing condition is met during 2026 and that resolution is irrevocable regardless of subsequent prices. In ambiguous edge cases (e.g., trading halt scenarios, ticker delistings), resolution will follow the spirit of the question.
