Market Rules

This set of markets predicts the winner of the Clacton parliamentary by-election, set to take place on August 13, 2026, and triggered by Nigel Farage's resignation as MP for Clacton on 7 July 2026.

Exactly one market resolves to "Yes". The resolution source is the official result declared by the returning officer for Tendring District Council, confirmed by the UK Parliament. If the winner is not determined by October 31, 2026, all named-candidate markets resolve to "No".
