If, by December 31, 2024, access to the social network X (formerly known as Twitter) is legally blocked for citizens of the European Union (EU) across the entire territory of the bloc by an official decision from EU authorities, this market will resolve to "Yes," regardless of how effective the implementation of such a measure is, or even if some member countries refuse to comply. The legal decision to block access across the entire European Union is sufficient for the resolution of this market from the moment it is announced.
