According to the National Institute for Space Research in Brazil (INPE), the number of fire outbrakes that were registered in Pantanal in the months of March, April, July and September of 2020 were the highest ever recorded on each of those months since those measurements began, in 1998.

So far, the highest number of fire outbreaks ever recorded in Pantanal in a month of October was 2,761.

If the number of fire outbreaks registered in Pantanal in the month of October 2020 is greater than 2,761, this market will be resolved as “Yes”.
